How to Prepare for your Massage

Please shower and dress in comfortable clothing before your session. Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and ensure that you are relaxed for your session. Massages will be booked for 60 and 90 minute time slots which will allow 10 minutes for undressing and dressing.  In the event that a client is late for their scheduled appointment time, their session will be shortened, and the full amount of the service will be charged.
