If not now when? The timing is never perfect…

It feels like forever….

I have been working, evolving, re-tooling for this moment.

Gathering information, absorbing all of the skills out there to help me be the best possible version of myself.

Why?

Because it is my mission and my purpose to be of service to you.

From as long as I can remember, I loved to help people.

I realized at a very young age that I was given a gift that made people feel happy.

I was the class clown, I made everyone laugh, I lifted their spirits but…..

What else was necessary to live a happy healthy life?

I developed an unquenchable thirst for the answer…

I got a degrees and certifications in Psychology, Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Advanced Energy Work, Health and Life Coaching.

I realized with all of this coaching and training that one truth remains.

It is not a simple task to realize what is needed to create the perfect balance of health and joy for each unique individual.

We are so unique,  just like our finger print, each human has a formula for what creates optimum health and joy for them.

Since we are multidimensional beings we need to be curious about all aspects of who we are.

Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual, all 4 areas must be noticed and nurtured for one to be balanced.

Why am I telling you all of this?

Because I want you to now that I can help.
