Energy Balls Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup (125g) peanut butter
1 1/2 cups (125g) uncooked oatmeal (quick oats)
3.5oz (100g) dried cranberries
1 semi ripe banana
Directions
- Add oats, peanut butter and cranberries to a bowl.
2 Mix everything together.
3 Add banana – the binding ingredient, and mix well.
4 Make 15 balls and chill in the fridge for 1hr minimum or overnight.
