Reasons why I love my job.
Today was a day like any other day filled with client appointments and Coaching Sessions. As I was checking my appointment schedule, I noticed that I had 2 new clients that were coming in for a 10 minute Reiki trial. I thought that it was odd that they were driving in from such a distance to receive such a short treatment. After meeting with this lovely couple, they explained that they had heard so much about Reiki healing, that they just had to experience it for themselves. Once the treatment started they were both so amazed and delighted that they extended their session to a full treatment. After the treatment was over both husband and wife emerged from their rooms looking completely relaxed. Neither one could say enough about how much heat and energy they felt come from the hands of the practitioner. Needless to say they both enjoyed the Reiki so much they booked again for next week.
I have always said, I could never find the words to explain how a Reiki treatment feels, or how relaxed and peaceful you will find yourself afterwards. I liken it to falling in love, you don’t really understand the feeling it until you experience it for yourself.
